All UK deliveries are next day by Royal Mail First Class or next day UPS/DHL courier. Postage and packing is charged according to the weight of each order from £1.99 UK, and £2.49 overseas. Courier deliveries to private addresses are next business day 07:00-21:00 and 3 attempts at delivery will be made, after which the package will be returned to a local depot for collection within 7 days. You will receive an email showing the courier tracking number. Courier deliveries to business addresses are next business day within normal working hours and are guaranteed. If the courier did not attempt delivery next business day then contact us and we will refund your delivery charge. We reserve the right to suspend this guarantee when our delivery partners do likewise in the event of exceptional weather conditions or similar events. Royal Mail deliveries are by First Class post for delivery next day except Sunday. We do not guarantee Royal Mail deliveries and no delivery charge refunds will be given. Royal Mail may offer Saturday delivery (although this varies). Overseas deliveries are by usually by airmail and a signature will normally be required on delivery. Larger and more valuable orders may be sent by courier or require a signature at our discretion. Order cut-off times for next day are currently: - 3:30pm for Royal Mail + overseas despatch - 4:00pm for Courier For all delivery options we may still be able to ship same day after cut-off. Orders received after the cut-off times, on bank holidays and weekends will be despatched next working day. We do not ship between Christmas and New Year. All times are UK. We use 100% recycled paper and bio-degradable packaging materials including bubble-wrap, loose fill and now even courier delivery note windows. |
