All UK deliveries by Royal Mail First Class or next day UPS/DHL courier are next day. Postage and packing is charged according to the weight of each order from FREE UK, and £2.49 overseas. FREE UK delivery can be selected during the checkout process and will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

Courier deliveries to UK private addresses are next business day 07:00-21:00 and 3 attempts at delivery will be made, after which the package will be returned to a local depot for collection within 7 days. You will receive an email showing the courier tracking number. Courier deliveries to UK business addresses are next business day within normal working hours and are guaranteed. If the courier did not attempt delivery next business day then contact us and we will refund your delivery charge. We reserve the right to suspend this guarantee when our delivery partners do likewise in the event of exceptional weather conditions or similar events. N.B. Deliveries by courier to some rural locations in the UK, especially some Scottish and Northern Irish destinations, may take longer than next business day and are excluded from our delivery charge money back guarantee. If in doubt contact us first or choose Royal Mail 1st Class.

Royal Mail deliveries within the UK by First Class post are for delivery next day except Sunday. UK deliveries by Royal Mail Second Class (the free postage option) will usually be despatched within 2 working days and Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class parcels within 3 working days. We do not guarantee Royal Mail deliveries and no delivery charge refunds will be given. Royal Mail may offer Saturday delivery (although this varies).

Overseas deliveries are by usually by airmail and a signature will normally be required on delivery.

Larger and more valuable orders may be sent by courier or require a signature at our discretion.

Order cut-off times for next day are currently:

- 4:00pm for Royal Mail First Class + overseas despatch

- 4:00pm for Courier

Orders received after the cut-off times, on bank holidays and weekends will be despatched next working day. We do not ship between Christmas and New Year.
